Every year around 700,000 people gather together within Chiba for this large scale festival. There are dances, portable shrines and “stage floats” that fill this festival, making it great fun to attend.

At Kashiwa’s east exit there is the Kashiwa dance and a parade of the portable shrine, while at the west exit, a “stage float” parade is held. Dance! Jump! Watch! And enjoy this festival that overflows with energy!
